Car is running very hot. I noticed that both cooling fans are not coming on. What should I check for?

if u know basic electrical trouble shooting & testing and know how to read a wring diagram..email me and I'll walk u thru ..if u wanna be a mechanic just to solve this problem over nite --> impossible !!...good luck
