heater doesnt work

i have a 98 hyundai tiburon with a 2.0 an 107000 miles on it and the heater doesnt work i was just wondering what the problem could be the a/c works but not the heater what could be the problem?

The heater core, its a small radiator in the front under the dashboard, it could be clogged or something
