hello ,,, i have excel model 1996 1500 cc , when i powered the cooling system ,,, the rpm getting high to about 1.5 rpm and low again to 1 , and so on ,, and i recharged the cooling system in summer ,, and surprised in the next summer with the cooling system stopped cooling and the rpm is doing the same action mentioned above ,, what could be the problem and where ,,,,>??? ,, thx alot
