I have a Hyundai 2002 Santro (also know as ATOZ) with 1.0 MPFI engine. The milage is 140,000 KM. I changed the oil and oil filter regulary at an interval of 3000 KM. The problem is that the car has started eating engine oil. There is no smoke out of exhaust. There is no leakage. When I park it at night there is not a single drop on the floor even after 3 days. The car is taking away more than half liter a week. Also the oil consumption is low when i drive slow at 50 60KM/H. It gets higher when i drive fast or loaded. there are no signs of oil in coolant circuit. It takes away 2 liter in one go over a distance of 300 KM. Could it be due to choked exhaust system OR Oil Pump because once a ran into flood. Sometimes there is also oil on one of four plugs (once in a month). Should I get an engine redo? Please advise.

If you're not leaking, than its being burn internally thru the combustion chamber-could be a valve seals.
