Break Lights

I own two 2006 Hyundia Sonota's (purchased in 2005). My silver car has 22, 000 miles it an automatic, 4 wheel drive. My break lights instead on coming on in the back when I hit the break the two yellow lights in the front light up. When I turn on the lights at night all the lights in the back turn on so it always looks as if im breaking. I noticed it the other day when a car behind me looked like he was going to hit me in the back. What do you think is wrong with it.

My black Sonota has a similiar problem. :(
