Drivers side windshield wiper works intermittently and only goes up halfway which gets tangled in passenger side wiper. Sometimes drivers side wiper will go all the way over to the left and passenger side wiper will go 3/4 of the way over towards the drivers side. Is there a reasonable fix for this? I don't want to pay too much.
