2002 Other Hyundai Models road noise

How You Doing, I own a 2002 Hyundai Xg350L and have recently been having a lot of road noise. The noise is a humming sound which sounds like it is coming from the tires. As i accelerate the noise gets whinny and as the car coasts it has the humming sound, the thing is when i turn the wheel to the left the noise is worse but to the right it stops, also a little vibration in the steering too I had the rear tires replaced because they were older and the front ones are only a year old. I now still get the noise and I would like to ask your help. Thank You
