How can you tell if its a motor or fuse when you repair windshield wipers. We bought our disabled daughter a car and the windshield wipers do not work when we got it from the dealer we knew we would have some repairs but they had disconnected the windshield wipers and when we changed the fuse the motor ran and then the fuse blew. if rust is there will this make the motor stop. we have limited funds so if you could direct us in the right way I'm sure we can get this fixed.
