Engine Performance problem

my car has started to lose power, but only when its first driven. I will drive it like 200 mtrs (average) and it loses power, i put my foot all the way to the floor on the excelerator and nothing happens. The car dosnt turn off, it just rolls for a few seconds and then it kicks in with the power again. I then go shopping, come back, and it does it again. This happens each time i first drive the car. Its so annoying. I have had it serviced last week, i had the fuel filter changed, and i even took it to the auto electrician, and no one knows whats wrong. Grrr.....pls can you help??
