Engine Performance problem

I have a problem when i am driving my car on low or high velocity it seems that my car has no power beside it start to stop run stop at first i tought i had a fuel starvation or a dirty fuel filter so i changed the fuel filter and spark plug which they did not need to the burm between the gap was good i don know what else i have to do please help my car is a hyundai Atos gls thank you
