Air Conditioning problem

My car since we bought it 5 years ago always had a problem with fatty type of condensation being created on the windows inside, during summer when using air a/c. This condensation is causing very poor visibility as creating a bit of film over the windows - takes a lot of time to clean and v. difficult to get rid of.
This problem does not occur in winter when a/c is not used. I got it already checked twice. The third time, which was just today, didn't help either. Mechanics have never heard of this type of problem and not sure what to do.
I'm concerned, that it could, as well, be harmful to my health - as i'll be breathing in some of it, I presume.
Have you got any idea what could it be or what steps to take to try and eradicate the problem?
