1996 Hyundai Lantra Water pump and timing belt

I need to change a worn water pump and might as well change the timing belt as well since I've heard it has to be taken off to change the water pump. I need to know what is involved with the job and if I should replace anything else while I'm at it, ie. crank seal and what's involved in that as well and also what torque setting will I need to know.

If seals not leaking I would not touch them
replace water pump and do timing belt check pulley too any in doubt replace

Remove all drive belts and drive pulleys from crankshaft and water pump. Remove generator bolt, if necessary. Remove crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley.
Remove timing belt covers and gaskets, noting bolt lengths and locations. DO NOT rotate engine counterclockwise, as viewed from timing belt side of engine. Remove timing belt tensioner pulley.
Rotate engine clockwise to align all timing marks so No. 1 cylinder is at TDC of compression stroke. . If reusing belt, place mark on timing belt to indicate direction of belt rotation. Remove timing belt.
