2003 Hyundai Elantra noise front end

I had some work done on the front end of my car. The sway bars were changed, since then I have notice a loud noise coming from the front passenger side of the car. It gets louder the faster I go. I have noticed that when I am driving on the highways or on streets with a quick right turn that the noise goes away. Could this be that the sway bar was not done properly or is defective?
