2002 Hyundai Elantra P0441 Error Code

2002 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Manual 130000 miles

I'm getting the P0441 Error Code which is Purge Valve Stuck Open. I've replaced the PCV and the Vapor Canister but the light still comes on. What else can cause this code?

You might have fixed the problem but the engine light will stay on until you disconnect the battery to reset it.
