everytime we try to fill tank it stops as if tank full even when trying to fill slowly it cuts off.takes forever to fill tank

this is caused by lack of ventilation at the fueling area. if you have already tried pulling the fuel nozzle out a little then pumping the fuel, then you probably have a collapsed vent hose in the fuel neck area.
