car had overcharging problem died on way home replaced battery and alternator would not start does not have power to fuel pump will try to start on either so has spark checked all fuses under hood and in driver compartment everything good i cannot find anything that says fuel pump relay book says its in passenger side relay compartment but cant find it hasnt ran since overcharge i put meter on when thought was overcharging meter only went to 16 volts and was pegged as soon as was hooked up

have you tried to manually power fuel pump to see if it is any good anymore. it is possible that it burned the pump up?
