there are 2 different designs for this vehicle..either rotor over hub or rotor bolted to hub. im assuming you have the latter, otherwise it would just slide of after removing caliper and pads. you will need to remove the axle shaft hub nut and use a rotor puller to press the axle shaft out of the hub. then remove the rotor and hub.
