The computer in my 1999 Hyundai Elantra is not communicating with DMV to pass inspection. We have reset the computer, driven the miles needed, but it still wont communicate. The check engine light is on, but how can we diagnose the problem, when the computer wont tell us what is wrong? Everything else passed inspection, just the computer failed for not communicating. Any suggestions on what else to try?
