2008 Hyundai Accent starter

I don't have your answer but maybe you could help me out. have a light on my dashboard and I don't know what it means. I do not have a manual, but the light is yellow, it has an exclamation point in the center with parenthesis around it and it looks like a water level sign underneath. What is that telling me?
