2005 Hyundai Accent
I put a new timing belt and water pump on my 2005 Accent gt. I put the timing belt on first and it started and idled smoothly so I put the rest back together. Now when I start the car it makes a loud screaming sound like a bad belt but worse. I took all the belts off except timing belt and the sound goes away. The sound comes back when I put the water pump belt back on. I got a re-manufactured water pump. Is my new water pump bad?
