Just yesterday the windshield wipers in my hyundai accent started having some problems. If I turn the windshield wipers onto intermittent, or medium speed they will not start. If I turn it all the way to the fastest speed, they work fine at that speed. ONce they are going, if i turn them back down, they move very slowly for one wipe, and then stop. Is this the switch? I don't think it is the motor, because they run fine at the fastest speed. only the slower speeds have problems.
