my steering wheel is virbrating a littlle when driving car seems to vibrate a little also. does not do this when not moving

Try and raise the RPM a bit does it smooth out
do you have check engine light on
check for code
open hood and check for a vacuum line leaking and if in need of a tune up
check fluids and oil
