2003 Hyundai Accent Front Wheel Drive Manual

i was wondering if a 2004 hyundai lantra gearbox would fit in a 2003 model accent... my gearbox was shattered by a friend and i desperately need a new one but this is the only one available. please help!

Hi there, i have been advised that it will not fit, best to check with your local dealer or even a wrecker to confirm this.

I will be able to access Mitchell 1 data base in the morning, and i will see if there is any extra information i can find there,

P.S. as i am in Australia, it's 8-35PM here so it will be tomorrow morning my time.

HI there, the data base does not have the lantra, my bloke says that they are not the same, i know the elantra is different, best talk to a dealer as i just can't nail it down, i am getting conflicting information.
