2002 Hyundai Accent Motor mount removal

Hey,
i was just wondering how hard it is to remove the front motor mount on a 2002 accent GS. also how can i be sure the mount is no good?

not too bad of a job, only takes around 40 minutes or so to replace the front motor mount. it's pretty easy to tell if it's bad, just look at the black portion of the middle, if it seems dried and cracked or a bunch is missing then the mount needs replaced
