this is probably similar to shooting myself in the foot, but i really like your 'free answer' appeal that got me to sign up as a member.
the most impressive part is the disclaimer below this text field that says:
yes a part of the service is 'free' - but if you do not donate - there is a good possibility that you will not get an answer - and if you do get an answer, it may be from the guy that empties the trash cans at night - and we will not stand behind it. great job of covering your bottoms!! kinda like our current political state - promise on one page, decline on the next (after the victim signs up, of course).
