2000 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive

We replaced the fuel pump, relays, and ecm, but still cannot start car.

hi debbie, what we need to do at this point is verify if you are getting(or not) fuel and spark. then we can narrow the problem down. I'll send you a video link that will show you how to check both
