2000 Hyundai Accent 1123 code

I just had the mass air flow sensor replaced and now less than a week later the engine light is on again. The dealer says the code is p1123 - Too rich idle. His solution is to have the mass air flow sensor replaced again, but I want to know if there is another possible solution. Thank you.
