1999 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 113K miles

I need to find out what kind of estimate I could be looking at to fix this. My lights have already gone out completely.

DTC B1111: BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

Condition
Ignition switch on or start release. Input battery voltage greater than 16.0-19.2 volts.

Check Items
Check connectors, harness, fuse, charging system and SRSCM malfunction.

Check Procedures
1.Turn ignition to LOCK position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Wait 30 seconds.
2.Disconnect SRSCM connector, driver-side air bag and passenger-side air bag connectors. Connect SRS Harness Checker (0957A-29000) to SRSCM harness side connector and reconnect battery negative cable.

3.Turn ignition to ON position. Measure voltage between SRS Harness Checker terminal No. 11 and body ground. Voltage should be 6.0-16.5 volts.
4.Turn ignition to LOCK position. Ensure there is continuity between SRS Harness Checker terminal No. 10 and body ground.
