when im driving ......i hear a raddling noise in the back around my tires......... not really sure wat it can be.....but i does alot of raddling over bumps......i hear it may be my struts and shocks but what do you think an ...how can i tell

Chances are the struts / shocks are fine. My first guess would be to check the exhaust system for loose heat shield or a loose converter or resinator. Take a rubber mallot and tap on the exhaust system to see if you can duplicate the noise.
