my car shakes when i put it in drive, reverse, low gear or second gear. it idles fine in park or nuetral. once shifted it goes from 1000 rpm to as low as 400 rpms. just got a new battery and starter. when driven it sputters and chugs, going 10 mph or less with the pedal on the floor. i dont know if its electical or otherwise. any suggestions? thank you.
