Hyper Flashing

I have installed dual color led front turn signals but they are hyper flashing. I dont want to install resistors but can i replace turn signal flasher or not? i mean if nissan altima 2017 has separate turn signal flasher relay under the steering section or flashing is controlled by BCM? any idea?

The flashing is controlled by the body control module. Be careful making these changes. I have seen damage done to the electrical systems and modules. I would use the OEM type bulb. However, if you want to use the new ones, you will need to install a resister.
