HVAC High Setting doesn't work

The blower motor resistor was replaced. The high setting worked for 3 weeks then quit again. It was suggested it was the switch. It was replaced but this didn't fix the problem. High setting still does not work.

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

Yes, it will be here in a few days. I have attached the electrical diagram below. It appears as if the High setting doesn't use the resistor, it bypasses it?

Yes it bypasses the resistor do you have power on the orange wire with the switch in the high position?
