HVAC air vent control not working?

Hello, I have the vehicle listed above Limited model. Just recently the “Mode” button for the position of the air vent flow just stopped working. I am curious if either of the Blend door actuators are responsible for this? Because I see multiple videos on them being fixed for heating and cooling purposes, but I can’t find anything on how to fix the air flow for the car.

Yep, the mode actuator can go out and cause this problem. Here is the location of the mode actuator and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else. They call it an "air outlet damper servo motor" that is why it is hard to find information on it.
