After removing the glove box I still cannot get access to the actuator

I posed this question before however I removed the glove box to access the actuator and all the buttons on the panel show that they are working. I cannot get hot air to the passenger side of the car. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

try pulling HVAC fuse inside car for sixty seconds first have key on then reinstall it may reset it.you are supposed to take the HVAC unit out to access the actuator and I see no tips for this to shortcut it. try from the bottom maybe.
