2003 Hummer H2 Water

Everytime it rains the front passanger side underneeth the floor mat gets soaking wet and also when I go to stop I hear water moving somewhere. And when this happens theres an error message that comes up on the dash that says that the right passanger door is open and it is not. Can you please help me out? Thanks
