The factory amp is located under the center console. Here is how you can replace the amplifier. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

All I want is sound. I don't need fancy but that is where my question is, I don't know what to take a part to replace it. from what I have been told that it is fairly complicated to replace a Bose with anything else so I was planning on finding a used one from a yard or e-Bay.

[quote:011ecb9faf="Dr Loot"]is it a factory amp? do you want to replace it with a factory amp? or do you want to put something better in it? like an aftermarket amp? do you know where the factory amp is located on your vehicle? how many watts is the factory amp? would you like to go the same wattage? or more powerful? will your factory speakers handle it? what about the original radio, do you want to keep it? or you want to put something more cool in it? don't worry I have a lot more questions, just answer those questions so I know which for your headed so I can assist you a little better.[/quote:011ecb9faf]
