blue smoke is oil burning, firstly check that the oil is not over full. also, what grade of oil did you use? was it the same that has been used in the past and is it synthetic or mineral oil?

So you changed the oil and it stopped smoking, then it overheated and blew out the coolant. Now it is blowing smoke again. If it is bluish smoke it is oil burning, if it is white smoke it is coolant being burned. Blue smoke could be valve stem seals or rings. White smoke is likely a bad head gasket from overheating.
