How to Reset the Passive OEM Alarm System on MY Car

Replaced Dist /Timing Belt / Battery on My Car Car Started after this Work but Then Shut Back Down Tried to Re Start which it Started Again then Shut Down Again I was Told That I needed to Reset My OEM Alarm System and The Reset was in the Owners Manual I Bought the Car Used it did not have a Owners manual with It Can you tell me How to Reset This Alarm System So I Can Start My Car ?
