How to reset my anti theft security

I just bought this car an I was told to check my fuses because my A/C wasn’t working. After finding out most of my fuses are in the wrong place I fixed it. now my car won’t crank anymore. something about anti security and my car didn’t come with the manual.

I attached the info on activating and deactivating the system. When you say your fuses were in the wrong place, do you mean the amperage of the fuses were wrong?
