How to replace input turbine sensor?

I attached the location of the only 2 sensors for the 1996 Accord transmission.

Diagnostic scanner showed the code written above. Is it most likely a faulty input speed sensor, or throttle position sensor? I also notice a high whirring sound near the engine, if that's of any use. I used a Launch CRP129 scanner.

It sounds like you could have a timing belt that is to tight causing the noise and the input speed sensor that is out. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I have the 2.2 liter v-tech engine and when I drive it down the road it shifts fine until it warms up and then downshifts by itself to second gear. The trouble code was the turbine speed sensor circuit A. I tested the ohms on the input and output turbine sensors and they are both within 400-600 ohms. The check engine bulb has been removed by the previous owner but I don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not. I think the TCM may be bad but I need the check procedures to diagnose it correctly on the harness pins. Can you help me please?

The trouble code was P0715.

DTC P0715: (FLASH CODE 15) MAINSHAFT SPEED SENSOR

NOTE:
DTC P0715 (FLASH CODE 15) doesn't always mean an electrical problem in mainshaft speed sensor or circuit; this DTC can also be caused by a mechanical problem in transaxle.

1. Ensure mainshaft and countershaft speed sensors are installed properly. Disconnect mainshaft speed sensor connector and measure resistance between sensor connector terminals.

2. If resistance is not 400-600 ohms, replace mainshaft speed sensor. If resistance is
400-600 ohms, disconnect PCM 25-pin connector "B". Check continuity between ground and PCM 25-pin connector "B" terminals No. 15 (Orange/Blue wire) and No. 14 (White/Blue wire). See Fig. 43 and Fig. 44 .

3. If continuity exists, repair short to ground in Orange/Blue and White/Blue wires between PCM and mainshaft speed sensor. If continuity does not exist, reconnect
mainshaft speed sensor connector. Measure resistance between PCM 25-pin connector "B" terminals No. 15 (Orange/Blue wire) and No. 14 (White/Blue wire).

4. If resistance is not 400-600 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is 400-600 ohms,
perform DTC P0720 (FLASH CODE 9) diagnostic, check for loose PCM connectors and replace PCM with known good part, as necessary.

5. Disconnect mainshaft speed sensor connector. Check continuity of Red wire between PCM 25-pin connector "B" terminal No. 15 (Orange/Blue wire) and mainshaft speed sensor connector. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open Orange/Blue wire between PCM 25-pin connector and mainshaft speed sensor connector.

6. Check continuity of White wire between PCM 25-pin connector "B" terminal No. 14 (White/Blue wire) and mainshaft speed sensor connector. If continuity exists, check for loose PCM connectors and replace PCM with known good part, as necessary. If continuity does not exist, repair open White/Blue wire between PCM 25-pin connector and mainshaft speed sensor connector.

Where is the transmission speed sensor located do you have a picture of where it is in the car? I need to replace it, the code that they give me was P0715
