How to remove coolant in block

So I would have to fill and drain several times to clear coolant out the block and everything?

No. It looks like you just undue the bottom radiator hose and this should allow all of the coolant to drain from the system. The instructions sent earlier are straight from the vehicle manufacturer, and this is what they recommend.

Must be extra steps they are leaving out because of the system holds 10.57 liters and when you pull hose off it only drains like 3 to 4 liters if that. something not right.

If this is the lowest spot on the cooling system, then it is going to be where to drain the system at. Fluids, by nature will always go to the lowest point of anything. Do you have the pressure released in the system? This would cause the system not to drain completely.

Yes and would putting g13 in it hurt it? it say g12 on reservoir but can’t seem to fine it anywhere.

It should be. They have the same cooling abilities the main difference is that G12 uses glycol and G13 uses glycerin, which is better for the environment than glycol.

Should I rinse it or just drain and fill?

Can you give me instructions on draining heater core and block? I know there's hoses you can disconnect from heater core on cylinder head to drain heater core.

The heater core should drain along with the cooling system.

The procedure will not drain engine block. Plug has to be removed from block to accomplish this.
