How to remove clutch/transmission cable clips?

You ever replaced or removed these cables? I cannot tell how these clips are holding the cables down.

Hi,

These are a nightmare. I think they try to make things as confusing as possible.


As far as removal, press the tabs on the control cable and disconnect the control cable from the bracket. See pic below.

Try this and let me know if it helps.
