Did you remove the auto tensioner? The diagram shows the marks. Auto tensioner has to be retracted and a pin inserted prior to installation, after which the pin is removed.

Sorry, the diagram is wrong. I will repost a new one as editing this post does not allow me to replace the diagram.

Thank you for your reply it helped. I've gotten all of that back together but I had one other question. Another person at. It was the fuel pump and not the crankshaft sensor that it cause the car to cut off and replace the fuel pump apparently but I don't know exactly what they did because I'm not getting it like when you go to put the key and prime it it doesn't prime for some reason and I'm trying to figure out why it wouldn't Prime and also when I put the Power Probe on it doesn't seem to be getting enough power if you could help that would be great

very important, if the timing belt fails during operation then there is a good chance it will cause internal damage to the engine which will be a MUCH larger repair bill

There is a mark on the crank pulley and a mark on the engine block that is for TDC. Take a look at the pic on this page and let me know if it helps. NOTE: I don't know if you have a 4 or 6 cylinder but both are there.
