How to diagnose which sensor causing check TOD light?

I have come across the similar question in this site and I wonder if I can obtain the diagnostic file as I have no clue on how to retrieve the code.

The car is able to drive. No engine light, just check TOD. I bought a VSS sensor already but I guess it might not be the answer yet.

I am willing to donate for the answer :) Although I am not able to donate too much since I am a student. I can buy you a coffee. A lunch I guess.

No need for a donation we just want to get to a conclusion is all we ask. The " Torque On Demand" light is telling you reduced power or limp mode. Lets run the codes to see what is going on you can get a code reader from Amazon for $20.00. Here is a guide to help us get started:

Hi Ken, I do have a OBD2 reader but it is not able to retrieve the code. I bought that to a mechanic, he said the code can only be read by the dealership as it is not engine light but the TOD light.

These lights are kind of the same thing both tell you there is a malfunction. Does the code reader not connect or is there no codes?

There are no codes. Just the Check Tod light keeps flashing, no codes can be read by the reader.

It sounds like the throttle pedal sensor and the throttle body have lost their correlation. Disconnect the battery and remove the throttle body for service. This guide will show you how:
