I'm getting ready to start cleaning some parts, some of which are pretty dirty (oil pan, pump, etc.). What's the best/easiest/most responsibly way to clean them? I'm guessing I don't want to put a bunch of oil and solvents down the drain. Should I invest in a parts cleaner, or is there a better way? Thanks as always.

Good afternoon,

Yes, there are parts cleaners that you can purchase that will clean the parts and the remaining fluid is handled by a recycler.

You can get this at Harbor Freight.

I attached one from there site for you to view
