how to change the cut point temperature for the air conditioner unit

I have a technical question on my old Honda Jazz 2013 Hybrid. the air-conditioner cut point was set at six degree Celsius and as for that the air conditioner was the best. I have seen in a lot of cars now on my new 2016 Jazz the cut point is set to ten degree Celsius and as this is okay? This is not as good as what I had on my old car. My question is, can this set point be change from the car computer or is it only been control by the thermometer unit that are pre-set and cannot be change.

update me as I want to change It also to six degree Celsius.
