How to access center air vent damper?

Does anyone know how I can access the center air vent damper on the car listed above? I have no air coming out of the center vents, but I have air coming from the side vents, and I suspect it might be the center air vent damper.

More than likely this is an outlet servo motor issue.

I suspect this is what you were talking about when saying the damper.
