How much force does it take to cut my Suburban rear frame?

I was hit by 40ft lift genie in forklift configuration carrying a trash box. The guy hit me pretty hard at an angle in the rear of my suburban. The forklift blade went through the tailgate outer shell then cut a 7-inch cut into my frame. How much force would it take to go through tailgate shell and cut the frame?
