Need to decide if all O2 sensors should be replaced or just the bank 1 sensor 2 which gives code P0141.

Hi Pgaknot,
If you only have one code then I would just replace the one that failed. However you have one upstream and one downstream of the converter.
This code is the for the downstream O2 sensor.
Attached is the detail of what the code is. Second attachment is the location of the upstream sensor and the last two are the process for replacing the downstream sensor. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks
