how do you take out both door wiring harnesses with out harming the wire?

I need to replace both my door wiring harnesses and I have to go to a junk yard to take them out of another mustang there but I'm not sure how to do it or what tools I would need ... Is there some type of diagram I could look at ?

we dont' have diagrams for that that is something that only the manufacturers have for assembly purposes. you will need general stuff an dsomething to maybe pull the pins like you use for a door panel if there are clips in it. the harness will go inside the car and maybe part of the instrument harness. but go all the way inside the car as there may be connectors as well.......
